The Giving Guide

Each "Mindful Token" is the result of hours of quiet reflection. While I do not sell these pieces, I offer them as a gesture of thanks for your generosity toward Sphinx Academy.

To provide some guidance, I have categorized these tokens based on the time they took to create and the impact your donation will have on our students.

($10-$25) The "Spark" - Bracelets, small mementos, and watercolor cards.

($25-$80) The "Connection" - Coasters and small wall art. 

($80-$200) The "Ritual"- Set of 4 coasters, set of 2 smaller wall art or a collection of smaller items.

The "Foundation" ($200+) - Large embroidered pieces or a combination of smaller items. 

The items listed above reflect the length of my meditative practice for each piece.

• Loom bracelets, small mementos, and water color cards are small bursts of focus for 1-2 sittings.
• Coasters and embroidered bracelets and wall art require a steady, rhythmic flow of work for several days.
• Large embroidered pieces such as table cloths or runners  represents several weeks of deep focus and creative labor.
